Dr Matus speaks English however his receptionist and nurses do not. The Hospital, Vivan Pellas, is the best in Nicaragua. There are many doctors who speak English there however, not everyone does.

The hospital is very clean and modern. The nurses and staff are amazing, they are so helpful and are always willing to guide you and support in whatever you may need.
