The staff at Hospital Vivian Pellas is always very attentive and helpful. The Pulmonologist, Dr. Christian Sanchez, was very professional, through and helpful. Highly recomeded.

Hospital Vivian Pellas is the most reliable hospital in the country. I thas a diverse range of specailists and most speak english or have basic english knowledge.

Dr Matus speaks English however his receptionist and nurses do not. The Hospital, Vivan Pellas, is the best in Nicaragua. There are many doctors who speak English there however, not everyone does.
