The hospital in Dannevirke is very small, so the staff is limited. At the time of arrival there were no doctors present, so at first they said they couldn't treat me. Which personally was a bit of a shock, because my allergic reaction a wasp sting was worsening and needed to be treated urgently. Eventually a nurse was so kind to check up on me and treat my appropriately. So in the beginning it was quite confusing, but in the end I got the help I needed.
