I gave the clinic an overall rating of 4 because it is a small medical clinic/laboratory rather than a full hospital. My experience was very positive. The staff were kind and helpful, and the doctor was very efficient while still being thorough. They were also very responsive afterward whenever I contacted them by phone or message. I rated the English-language support as 2 only because I did not need to communicate in English and did not think to ask about their English proficiency. I speak Spanish, so I cannot accurately assess that part of the experience. For Spanish-speaking patients, or anyone comfortable communicating in Spanish, I would definitely recommend the clinic.
