The hospital was really clean and quiet when I arrived late in the night. None of the staff spoke English but me and my doctor communicated through google translate. I would recommend bringing someone with you who speaks Spanish to advocate for you as I wouldn’t have been able to at the time. Also I didn’t receive my full medical report for a while which was very frustrating.
