I didn’t like the service at Piel Clinic WTC. Since I was the last appointment of the day, they seemed rushed and tried to get through the consultation quickly. They told me that because my skin condition wasn’t clearly visible at the time, they couldn’t give me a precise diagnosis or treatment plan. Overall, the staff seemed to rush through everything, didn’t really give me space to speak, and were more focused on selling products than actually listening.
