Dr. Ricardo González provided outstanding care. He was calm, clear, and professional throughout the entire process. I was seen quickly, and he explained the diagnosis and procedure in a reassuring and respectful way. The minor surgery was performed the same day, and the aftercare instructions (including medication and ice treatment) were thorough and effective. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and efficient. I felt I was in very good hands from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone needing urological care in Mexico.
