I visited Prince Court for a second opinion after being advised that I needed knee surgery. The hospital is regarded as one of KL's best and the facilities were modern and well-equipped. The doctor I saw seemed knowledgeable and the medical consultation itself was solid, but left me feeling like it could have been more thorough. However, the administrative experience was disappointing. After the appointment, I struggled to get follow-up questions answered — I was repeatedly redirected to different contacts and received no clear responses. Additionally, the medical report required for my claim took over two months to receive, despite being told it would be ready within 14 working days. They also charge a fee to provide a medical report.

Prince Court Medical Center in Kuala Lumpur is one of the best hospitals in the world. Indeed, this title matches with my experience. It feels like a 5-star hotel, with an efficient, polite and helpful personnel. I honestly wish that more clinics around the world would work and look like this one.
