We had a very good experience at Prince Court Medical Centre in Kuala Lumpur. My wife was attended to quickly in the Emergency Department and the medical team was professional, calm and reassuring throughout the visit. The doctor took the situation seriously, organised the necessary X-rays promptly and explained the results clearly. The facilities were modern and clean, and communication in English was excellent. The only delay we experienced was at the pharmacy, where we waited approximately two hours to receive the prescribed medication. Aside from that, the overall care and efficiency were very good and we felt well looked after.

The doctors were nice and welcomed me and my daughter, explained everything and answered my questions. The clinic is modern, clean, spacious, easy to reach and has a lot of different facilities. Drawbacks: long waiting time for report and making payment, doctor prescribed unnecessary and not evidence based medication
