Visit to doctor took 10 min and I was waiting to pay 20 min and to recive medicine near 1 hour

Staff was friendly, hospital is clean, service was impeccable

I've had a good experience at the hospital. I went to the emergency unit and they registered me right away and I was taken to a doctor within 20 minutes. I then had to take a blood test which took around an hour to an hour and a half and after that I spoke to a doctor again. I was then giving an analysis of my blood, they explained what my sickness was and then gave me a discharge summary.

We had a very good experience at Prince Court Medical Centre in Kuala Lumpur. My wife was attended to quickly in the Emergency Department and the medical team was professional, calm and reassuring throughout the visit. The doctor took the situation seriously, organised the necessary X-rays promptly and explained the results clearly. The facilities were modern and clean, and communication in English was excellent. The only delay we experienced was at the pharmacy, where we waited approximately two hours to receive the prescribed medication. Aside from that, the overall care and efficiency were very good and we felt well looked after.
