Initially reception told me the paperwork would take up 14 days. However, the doctor was able to give me everything during the visit. I would definitely recommend this particular doctor. He is a dermatologist name Dr. Lim Tou Chai at Pantai Hospital in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
