The clinic that I used was HIBARI clinic at KLCC, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The staffs speak both Japanese and English. There's Muslim woman staff too and so they may accept malay speaker. The doctor speaks English and I could ask the staff to translate to Japanese when I couldn't catch the medical words. I reserved the clinic by LINE, which is known as Japanese chat tool, initially founded via theirwebsite. I send a request of reservation on the morning of the day. After start time, they replied to me soon and I could go to the clinic at noon. It was pretty easy booking.
