Hospital Seri Botani

I did not feel like the providers listened to me at all, and I left in the same condition I presented in. Communictaion with the staff to get my report was incredibly frustrating, as they told me incorrect information upon checkout (specifically that my report would be emailed to me immediately), meaning I could not submit my claim for weeks after checking out, and was charged an additional fee that was never mentioned before I left the hospital. The facility itself was unhygienic as well.
