Only clinic on the Perhentian islands. Very helpful staff, friendly and spoke English. They can run tests and have medicines. Clinic is only open from 8am - 1pm and 2pm - 3:30pm/5pm. Friday and Saturday closed. Go before you get too sick - from the tourist beaches it is a 1h trek through the jungle or a boat ride (availability depends on the waves).
