The Eye Microsurgery Hospital (1/5, Suerkulov st, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan) was quite well-equipped for performing various eyesight tests and laser surgery (if needed). The personnel performing tests seemed a little careless and the time in a queue was significant, yet these are quite minor drawbacks for the quality of medical service. The level of spoken English was hard to estimate because personnel used my native language to speak to me (Russian).
