Excellent service at Ogawara Dental Clinic. The main dentist/owner spoke perfect english and was very truthful, even discouraging un-needed treatments. He even went so far as to go through explaining everything that was done and why I did or didn't need certain treatments. The cost was also very reasonable, being that it was a fraction of the cost in my home country.
