The medical staff was excellent and very accommodating. While they do not speak English, communication was entirely seamless. I was able to handle the emergency reception using basic Japanese, and the doctors proactively used mobile translation apps to accurately gather the symptoms and explain the treatment. We had no misunderstandings at all. A very efficient and reliable hospital for foreigners as long as you use translation tools.
