Rusutsu Physio and Massage

I injured my knee while snowboarding at the Rusutsu resort in Hokkaido, Japan, where I was staying. The next morning, I was in serious pain and was directed to the Rusutsu Physio and Massage clinic by hotel staff. Courtney was able to see me immediately, diagnose what was wrong and rule out any major injuries, and gave me exercises to do that day. Taking a day off and doing those exercises worked so well I was able to get out on the mountain the day after and not ruin my whole vacation!
