Clinic was friendly and professional, and they had English and Chinese speaking staff. They took reservations by phone, but we walked in. In total took about 2 hours

Very good clinic with translators to English. They were very kind and helpful and easy to reach. They also gave a little bag with some Japanese snacks afterwards.
