I am an emergency doctor in my country. I went to the clinic just for an x ray to confirm if i had a mallleolus fracture or just a sprain. We confirmed the fracture on the x rays. The cast that they gave me was very lax in my opinion and it doesn’t do much for my pain. They didn’t know where to buy crutches or a cast sandal from and the doctor didnt wear gloves the whole time. I talked mostly in japanese and asked them if i could have the x rays at home, but they just let me take a picture of the x ray and that’s it. Now it’s raining and i have to put a bag over my “cast” (that is actually just some elastic band worse than the one i came with) to not get it wet and dirty.
