The staff were kind and spoke good English. It was nice that they had evening hours. I was there for over two hours though because it was quite busy for a small clinic and one doctor. I also had to pay an extra fee for the medical report that had all the information I needed for an insurance claim.

The staff and Sakabe Clinic in Kyoto were all really kind, helpful, and efficient. I was nervous going in as it was my first experience going to the doctor during an international trip. My experience was very positive. I left with good information, the medication that I needed, and a sense of relief.

My experience at this clinic was wonderful. They accepted me as a walk in and I was able to be seen quickly (within a 5 to 7 minutes). The doctor was very kind and thorough. Everything was very comprehensible and I also received a print out of medication instructions in my native language (English). They also were able to have my prescription filled at the same location which was great because it meant I didn't have to make additional stops while already not feeling well. I felt like I was in very good hands here and would highly recommend.
