The doctor spoke some English but the reception staff did not. It was easy to use a translator to communicate with them. They were very nice and the clinic was clean and not overcrowded. The wait was not long. The pharmacy was right out the door so that was also very convenient. It was a great clinic to visit if you need any care while visiting Miyajima.
