    In Japan, it is generally difficult to communicate in English. However, at this local Japanese clinic they spoke English. They were incredibly kind, explained everything to me thoroughly, and even provided leaflets for the medications in case there was any misunderstanding due to the language barrier, so I could study also the information myself.

    I visited the Shintani Clinic in Hakuba for a leg injury. I was seen immediately, treated by extremely professional and helpful staff and received the utmost care. Highly recommend.
