The hospital was clean and the staff were very helpful & treated me kindly. I was not able to leave until full payment was made by m yself or the travel insurer. This was difficult as my payment exceeded $8000 AUD therefore I had to make full payment myself before I was allowed to leave. This caused alot of stress for me and my family
