I wasn't really aware of what was going on most of the time, but the seemed to communicate well with the people around me.

i've known them for years and they are really good and professional. During Covid, they had strict policies to enter the facility so it was reassuring. The staff speaks good english and you can contact them via whatsapp if needed.
