The staff were very helpful, friendly and spoke very good English. They were kind and told me if I needed anything at all to message them which I appreciated. The clinic was clean and they didn't pressure me when I said I needed some time to contact my insurance and sort out how the payment works. They gave me water, let me charge my phone and sit in the lounge area until I was ready.
