It was supposed to be the best clinic on the island, but I had a pretty bad experience. First of all, the asked me about my symptoms in the hall, in front of everybody, and that's not even the first time. The patient has no privacy. After we discussed about that I met the doctor, who stated I needed to undertake a blood withdraw; the nurses missed my veins 3 times (even tho my veins are huge); after collecting my blood they sent me home, and a couple of hours later they realised another blood sample was needed. This time the nurse didn't even look at what he was doing, just pinned the needle, no blood came out, so he started moving it around as he was trying to pick a lock. I am a blood donor, so I'm used to needles and this is not a joke, for the first time I worried. Finally they collected all the samples, then they told me to wait for the results and all the documents I needed. I had to chase them for a week, even tho the clinic was always empty, can't even say they were busy.

So lovely. Gave a really nice experience, listening to my issues and reassuring me.
