While the clinic was clean and it felt safe, it was very hard to get basic needs met such as receipts and even a doctors note explaining the examination. It took several hours just to get the itemized receipt that I did and there was a lot of resistance to do so. Probably because the front desk was not used to the request. The staff did not speak English very well so it did make things difficult. With that being said, once Google Translate was out and we were on the same page, getting the testing done was quick and painless and I felt safe and everything was clean.
