BIMC had very helpful staff, comfortable waiting rooms and waiting times were very short. I saw a doctor after less than 10 minutes of waiting, then was recommended for an X-Ray and was taken in for that X-Ray within 5 minutes, before seeing my doctor again to discuss the results within 5 minutes. Staff spoke great English and I was very professionally treated by friendly people. Safe, clean, quick, efficient and very pleasant overall. Would 100% recommend to a friend!

Very good Place & doctors they all can speak English. This is very good in Bali because not a lot of people can speak English here and they was helpful.

They where good in the beginning, but they need work more on the communication with the patient and explain the results.

Hospital over all was good and atention from Safetywings very good as well, but hospital staff was not very understanding with the situation.
