Things are a bit slow at the hospital, and despite making an appointment you still have to wait for the doctors to show up an hour late. Their English is also pretty bad overall. I struggled understanding the doctor.

BIMC hospitals in Bali are reliable from what I have experienced. A friend of mine got surgery for his broken leg. I got treated for a mild virus infection. Prescription was very effective and correct.

BIMC had very helpful staff, comfortable waiting rooms and waiting times were very short. I saw a doctor after less than 10 minutes of waiting, then was recommended for an X-Ray and was taken in for that X-Ray within 5 minutes, before seeing my doctor again to discuss the results within 5 minutes. Staff spoke great English and I was very professionally treated by friendly people. Safe, clean, quick, efficient and very pleasant overall. Would 100% recommend to a friend!

Very good Place & doctors they all can speak English. This is very good in Bali because not a lot of people can speak English here and they was helpful.
