The staff at Siloam Hospital in Mataram, Lombok were incredibly friendly, helpful, and spoke great English. My only qualm was that that overall process from start to finish -- checking in, waiting to be seen by doctor, then waiting for medication at pharmacy, took a long time, ~2.5 hours.
