Terrible experience. I don’t recommend this hospital.

I needed to see a doctor during my stay in Bali. The staff at Siloam Hospital Denpasar were very helpful and friendly, and I was able to communicate in English.

Both Siloam and Lira Medika Hospitals provide excellent service with very modern facilities with many staff that speak English well. This is definitely reflected in the cost of these services!

The clinic has good infrastructure, but the medical quality was disappointing. The doctor did not show much interest in identifying the root cause and did not provide a clear treatment plan. In comparison, online specialists were significantly more attentive and effective. Their recommendations led to further diagnostics and confirmed the diagnosis. It might be helpful to evaluate this provider based on clinical outcomes, not only facilities.
