The clinic situated within a mall looks new, clean and modern. The whole process was pretty seamless and smooth. Most of the staff spoke English and were friendly. I walked in and came out within ~2.5 hours. However, it is on the pricey side where the total came up to ~$2.3M IDR, USD$136. $200K IDR for consultation which is reasonable but the medication was very overpriced where one tablet costs $90K IDR for treating stomach pain.

I visited Siloam Bali with an acute eye swelling. The ophthalmologist was very thorough, explained everything clearly, adjusted my treatment and gave me a detailed plan so I knew exactly what to do. I felt in safe, professional hands and really appreciate the care I received. I can genuinely recommend this clinic.

They said there were no steristrips and that we had to try to get them online. Finally they managed to found some but surgeon had already left so a nurse finished the job. Scar looks fine.
