Treatment was correct and doctor was professional - but level of informing the patient during the hospitalisation leaves much to be desired. Also, food sometimes was unedible -but maybe that was some temporary problem - after complaints situation became better.

Hospital Kasih Ibu was globally a good hospital, good infrastructure, clean, the doctors and surgeons were good as well with perfect english. The only issue was really about the administration, very slow, important lake of efficiency and understanding which made the overall process very difficult and stressful.

It was a private hospital. It wasn’t a bad hospital. They were very attentive and patient with me. Clean and they admitted and treated me right away.

Lovely staff, very efficient and was in and out the hospital within half hour. Definitely recommend if you’re in Bali and require medical treatment.

Kasih ibu hospital is a very clean and well managed hospital. No waiting lines. My doctor understood the issue and could speak English very well.
