The booking process is okay, appointment can be booked through whatsapp or their KIH Connect app. The check in process is very fast. The doctor sees you pretty quickly too. For ultrasound the doctor is not available all the time, so need to come back another time to get it.

Everything was good, fast and smooth, they support me with a wheelchair from the taxi and take care of me all the time.

Tabanan Hospital is a good place to visit. The team speaks English and is responsive on WhatsApp. They provide all the necessary services such as X-rays, and they are transparent with pricing — all costs are shown upfront, and there is no attempt to overcharge.

Siloam is a very good and professional international hospital. We have been here on a number of occasions and despite it not being the closest hospital to our home, it is our preferred hospital in Bali. The service is good and the staff all speak english well.
