Stressful experience due to deposit demands. When I explained my insurer was organizing a GOP, staff behavior changed immediately - I was ignored, denied further health assessments and adequate pain relief. Medical support essentially ceased until I scraped together funds from family to pay the deposit under pressure. I was made to sign many documents while medicated and in shock without proper opportunity to read them. The hospital concierge could have organized the GOP directly with my insurer but chose to cut off assistance until payment was made. This felt like medical negligence driven by financial policy rather than patient welfare. However, the nurses were very kind, polite and helpful - they deserve recognition. My concern is with admin/management processes, not nursing staff.

Kasih Ibu Saba hospital in Bali is clean and functions pretty well. I felt safe there.

the doctor that attend me was superb how he explain me everything, also rest of the staff waiting times, everything was perfect. i was even surprise about.

The booking process is okay, appointment can be booked through whatsapp or their KIH Connect app. The check in process is very fast. The doctor sees you pretty quickly too. For ultrasound the doctor is not available all the time, so need to come back another time to get it.

Everything was good, fast and smooth, they support me with a wheelchair from the taxi and take care of me all the time.

I was seen immediately as soon as I walked in through the hospital doors - I had a nurse and doctor with great English take care of me.
