RSUP Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G Ngoerah Denpasar

This hospital is extremely dirty and completely unsanitary. Patients are lying everywhere in the hallways right in the walkways, and there is trash, random boxes, and personal items completely unrelated to medical equipment right next to the examination areas in the rooms. The doctors and nurses were without gloves. We had to wait over an hour to be seen in the emergency department, and it took a full 24 hours to receive the doctor's report.

The ER staff at this hospital provided attentive and competent care. As it was 3am, there were many resident doctors. Overall, conduct was professional and I was able to communicate in English.
