Kasih Ibu in Tabanan, Denpasar and Jimbaran exceeded my expectations in terms of reception. Their English speaking staff was very good (although not all). The urologist in Jimbaran was very informative, only when performing the tests in the lab they did not give much information about the whole procedure. Overall I recommend going there, but be aware that they are not western, modern facilities.
