Bali International Hospital

Hospital was build recently new. Everyone there spoke perfectly english. Not crowded with patients. Very quick to be helped

The staff at Bali International Hospital were extremely clear, precise, and respectful. The hospital itself is a state of the art hospital. Everything is fast and efficient and I was not waiting at all. I had booked a consultation online previously and was seen to immediately. I even had x-rays and the results were back within 6 hours.

Hospital is wonderful we did have some issues with billing in the end our insurance sent GOP hospitals kept saying it wasnt received then when they did receive it they said it needed to be sent to AAA to prove that it was real. Insurance said they'd sent to AAA but AAA kept saying they didnt have it. Hospital wouldn't let us leave until AAA had GOP wed been waiting over 5 hours not aloud to leave... ended up paying out of pocket.

Bali International Hospital had great surgeons and staff.... the problem is that they're so short staffed that when you're sitting in a hospital bed after surgery in a lot of pain and need the medication dose made higher or given another treatment none of the staff around are actually allowed to act. It's only the anaesthesiologists and surgeons that can give you medication and pain killers but they're always in surgery an unavailable so you have to sit in your bed in pain for hours until they come to your bedside.
