The Bali International Hospital ER is well equipped. Staff is friendly and you are attended to very fast. But medical staff is very limited, there was no specialist on site and available doctor didn't handle the case well, seemed like lacked knowledge and experience. At Marvella clinic, Dr. Stella Kawilarang was very attentive and took care of the pain and infection, but didn't pursue the real cause in deep analysis. But generally, in Bali, we've felt that doctors are trained to remedy the outcome and not get to the root of the problem.

The Bali International Hospital has amazing facilities. The building is brand new, very well equipped and staff is really friendly. But we felt a bit reluctant regarding doctor's expertise and experience. It feels like their doctor staff is not quite strong yet.
