The staff were really professional and friendly. They assisted me immediately and spent time cleaning up my wounds and made sure I was able to walk away without any problems

Generally the staff was friendly but they provided me with little information. Especially when it came to when to leave. I spent lots of time just sitting around waiting to be released but always had to wait for the main doctor to come to approve things.
