The staff have been kind and attentive. However, there has been a pattern of omitting very important medical history taking in every visit. in one visit, I was not asked what medication i was taking, and I went back after being prescribed a med that had adverse reactions with one i was already taking. Another visit, the medical history was left blank on my assessment report. My insurance has rejected multiple claims due to incomplete or incorrect documentation. As a former RN, these omissions could have results from annoying, to catastrophic.

The clinic staff is excellent—I was seen quickly, the doctor examined me and wrote the prescriptions, and I hope the medications work well ;)

The wait time can be long for non-emergencies, as it’s the primary hospital for foreigners but it’s worth it to receive comprehensive care for any injury not considered very minor or basic.
