Unicare Clinic Nusa Dua

The care I received from this doctor and nurse was exceptional. They came to my hotel room when I was so sick I could barely move. Their bedside manner was so kind and considerate. They tucked me into bed and closed the drapes and patiently waited for the IV drip to finish.

Points to disagree: you pay for everything I mean in the consultation prices wasn't included the doctor check the ear, for that I have to pay a plus( ear examination). After the visit the doctor not make you appointment for free just to check how my ear was. For that I have to pay again like a first visit. The clinic can do better for the cleaning. And all the staff were really young ( doctors included). Positive points: all staff really disponibile, they always answer my messages. All staff really kind, bought doctor listen carefully everything what I said and explain step by step everything, they answer my questions with onesty. There was really patience with me.

The Doctor was a young patient woman, professional and friendly. She listened carefully everything I said and she explain step by step all the process. She was honest telling me what she can or can't not do . She was a generic doctor not a ENT Doctor. The clinic was to simple and not so clean. Everyone use masks and gloves I appreciated it

Well, they were super nice, quick booking, no waiting time but limited in abilities. But they arrange the specialists, so overall good.
