Great easy service

The staff was very helpful helping me figure out what was wrong and all very kind.

English was great, very informative.

I have been to this clinic a couple of times before and was always treated well. Compared to the hospitals around here the waiting time is usually short and they are fast in following up with sending the medical reports. Overall, a clinic I'd recommend.

I mean, they are good in what they do, period. But it's very money driven, I guess most places in Indonesia are like this. Kind of insensitive when you are in a state of pain or struggle. It's very pricey and communication is not consistent. It turns out you always have to pay way more money. But overall they are very clean and can do the job. Location is also good for those staying in Uluwatu. Also something absurd, one of the rooms to check patients is closed and they have a very toxic and smelly air freshener right over the bed. So you're already sick inhaling that toxic smell in an enclosed space. The worst!

The lady came to my guesthouse and distributed the IV drip, she was so caring and understanding, also was trying to make me laugh as she knew I was on my own in Bali & sick which was nice. The aftercare was really good too, messages on WhatsApp are answered really fast!
