The staff were friendly and did their best to make my visit as comfortable as possible. The doctor had to take an emergency case, which resulted in an additional one-hour wait. This was not a problem for me, and under normal circumstances I would have received assistance almost immediately after registration, with minimal waiting time. The doctor listened carefully and was very kind and respectful.
