The medical care and doctors were good, but the administrative side was frustrating. Getting WiFi access took a very long time. My email address was registered incorrectly, so I never received the soft copy of my diagnosis report. Despite contacting the hospital multiple times, the issue was never resolved. The patient portal also did not allow me to download my records. For digital nomads who need quick access to their medical documents, this was a significant inconvenience.
