Very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely rude and showed very little empathy. The waiting time was around 5–6 hours, with poor communication and no basic assistance, not even water. I understand that emergency departments can be busy, but this does not justify treating patients disrespectfully. Definitely not the level of care I expected.
