The staff at Vitalmed in Antigua Guatemala were attentive and kind, however I do feel at times I am not properly listened to. Several times I have had to repeatedly dispute the ER doctors understanding of my condition which has been very frustrating. However, the gyneacologist specialist there is an absolute angel and literally saved my life before via emergency surgery, so I still trust the facility for emergencies. The facilities are top notch but be warned, it can get expensive.

Vitalmed are effective, rapid and professional. I recommend their service. I believe that they may also speak English.

The clinic is clean, organized and the staff are super nice and welcoming. The emergency room was clean, small but it had AC, clean bedsheet covers and pillow covers, everything looked sanitized.

Super clean and modern facility. Helpful staff, although almost nobody spoke English. Although my treating doctor did speak English and German.
