This was one of the best experiences I have had in traveling and requiring medical care. They were professional , spoke enough English to assist- receptionist , doctor and at pharmacy. Receptionist and doctor provided all documents as needed by SafetyWing to make the claim. I was seen readily, and treated. Waiting room, treatment and facility was clean, sanitary and no smell. Very hygienic. They triaged very nicely

Great experience. The staff is very attentive and there was someone at the reception that spoke English that guided me through the whole process. Everything went very quick, including registration, consultation, lab tests and payment.

Staff is great, I think it's the best alternative in the area. Unfortunately, it is complicated to get documentation and invoices for insurance claims and usually requires several/daily follow-ups with customer care.

Good facility. Was readily seen via emergency services since did not have appointment. Doctors spoke some basic English and reception spoke English too. Good experience. Facility was clean , good environment.
