Staff is great, I think it's the best alternative in the area. Unfortunately, it is complicated to get documentation and invoices for insurance claims and usually requires several/daily follow-ups with customer care.

Good facility. Was readily seen via emergency services since did not have appointment. Doctors spoke some basic English and reception spoke English too. Good experience. Facility was clean , good environment.

Excellent service from Vitalmed in Antigua Guatemala. Good level of English from doctors and surgeons. Clean and efficient medical services.

Generally very good, responsive, kind and considerate staff, clean. Around £40 for a consultation appointment. Did have to wait quite a while to be seen, even with a scheduled appointment, but that's not uncommon with clinics. Some of the staff spoke English but not all and sometimes it wasn't completely clear what was going on but overall a very positive experience. There's also a pharmacy inside the clinic and it's quite easy to get to.

The staff at Vitalmed in Antigua Guatemala were attentive and kind, however I do feel at times I am not properly listened to. Several times I have had to repeatedly dispute the ER doctors understanding of my condition which has been very frustrating. However, the gyneacologist specialist there is an absolute angel and literally saved my life before via emergency surgery, so I still trust the facility for emergencies. The facilities are top notch but be warned, it can get expensive.
