Dr. med. Ole Bertemann

I was really pleasantly surprised by how good this experience was. The check in was fast and efficient, with patients being sent to different waiting areas depending on the type of Dr they needed to see. When I got to my waiting area I thought there would be a really long wait judging by the number of people there. I was expecting close to 2 hours, but in fact I only waited about 20 minutes. The Dr who saw me was extremely kind, warm, friendly and put me instantly at ease in what was otherwise a very stressful experience for me. He spoke English fluently and I simply cannot speak highly enough of him. The treatment was very fast but I never felt like he was rushing to get through patients. Highly recommended.
