The staff at the hospital were extremely kind, just spoke little english, although there were a couple of people there that did just fine to translate. The doctors even personally brought me home at 2am as their shift ended since cabs are rare that late. They were very upfront about continued costs if I stayed the entire night. As soon as I got in, they drew blood for testing and pumped me full of fluids to get me back on track. While the hospital is very old soviet style in the middle of the mountains and looked a little daunting at first, the care was wonderful.
