The hospital is clean, and the staff are generally very helpful and professional. However, the main challenge is that they are not very accommodating when I explain that this is not a standard medical insurance process and that I require specific documentation because I will be submitting the claim myself. Unfortunately, they do not seem particularly willing to provide the requested supporting documents or accommodate this requirement.
