I was treated at Trino Clinic, and they took a long time to attend to me, even though I came in through the emergency room. After the basic care I received, they took way too long with the billing and discharge. I think they didn't speak English and were understaffed

Safetywing is very reliable and quick on processing your claims as long as you submit the right files. The workers are always nice and helpful, also very useful when you don't know what certain paperwork they request is not so easily translatable to a different country's policy
