Overall, I am satisfied with the hospital. The doctor was very attentive and was able to communicate in English at a sufficient level. He answered my questions politely and provided clear explanations. The nurses were also very kind and attentive; however, most of them do not speak English. We tried to communicate using basic Spanish. The staff at the payment department were also polite, but they do not speak English. When they encountered an English-speaking patient, they seemed quite shy and hesitant.

Clinica Biblica in San Jose is very efficient, clean, modern, has great doctors and most staff speaks fluent English. It's considered one of the top rated hospitals in the region.

New facilities and nice area. Clinica Biblica located in the Curridabat neighborhood has really good service overall.
