Psycologist Sofia Hernandez Melendez is highly recommended. She provides virtual and on-site consultations in Tree Cowork in Heredia downtown. She is graduate from University of Costa Rica and her specialization is in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). What I like the most is her professionalism, her expertise to explain complex topics into simple words and that the techniques and approaches she applies are science-backend. Also, she manages schedules on weekdays after 5 pm and Saturday mornings which is convenient for people who works office hours.
