The doctors at Hospital Metropolitano Lindora were very kind and knowledgeable. While most spoke some English, it was not sufficient to clearly explain my results or the appropriate next steps. The front desk staff member who spoke English was helpful; however, interactions with the rest of the team felt somewhat rushed and at times a bit impatient. Although I speak conversational Spanish, I didn’t always feel given the space to fully explain or ask questions. That said, the facility itself was excellent, with modern, high-quality equipment. One of the highlights of the experience was receiving results almost instantly, which was very efficient and appreciated. I would still recommend the hospital and their annual check-up program. However, for foreign patients, I would strongly suggest bringing a translator if you would like to fully understand the doctors’ recommendations and next steps.

The staff at the ER - Hospital Metropolitano Plaza del Sol were the kindest people I’ve met. Bilingual staff, kind and considerate, helped me understand what was happening and walked me through all procedures/medications given
