They didn't help me much to be honest, they sent me a doctor who wasn't speaking english at all, my friend was translating over the phone for an hour. It was difficult to schedule an appointment because the doctors were shown available, then after you request they send an email in 40min that this doctor isn't available. Or they approve and then doctor is messaging you that he's abroad. Expensive as for Colombia and not the best service.
