Amazing clinic, amazing staff

I had a very positive experience at Fundación Santa Fe de Bogotá. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, attentive, and very organized. The medical team took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. The facilities are excellent—modern, clean, and well maintained—which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of care provided. Every nurse, doctor, and staff member I interacted with was kind, respectful, and genuinely concerned about my well-being. I truly appreciate the high level of professionalism and compassion shown by the entire team. Amazing experience

I went to the CAP of Fundacion Santa Fe in Bogota in Unicentro. The center is clean and well located. The downside is that they take some time to see patients since the center is rather small. Also not all procedures can be done at this center. For example the images of my x-ray would be available in their APP but if i wanted the reading i would have to go to their main center
